As in previous years, at the beginning of this year we carried out a satisfaction survey among regular ACE customers. We asked them to rate the quality of ACE Logistics’ services on a 10-point scale. It is pleasing to see that the ratings remained high in almost all questions.
The overall satisfaction index on a 10-point scale is 9.35 and the recommendation index is 81%. Customers rated ACE’s reputation in the Lithuanian transport market highly (9.38). The majority of respondents would recommend ACE as a partner to their friends and acquaintances (9.37) and will use ACE Logistics in the future (9.41). Fast and always helpful drivers also scored highly in this year’s survey (9.25).
Compared to the results of the 2022 survey, the e-ace system was rated highly by customers in 2023. This year, innovations in the e-ace environment are planned to make it easier for customers to use. Thank you for all your kind suggestions and comments. We have received a lot of information which we will use to develop e-ace to make it even more user-friendly. This year we focused on developing environmentally friendly transport solutions and asked our customers to answer a few questions on this topic. The survey revealed that, unfortunately, environmental sustainability is not currently a key factor for ACE Logistics’ customers, and most of them are not prepared to pay extra for greener transport solutions. Price, delivery time and quality of service are the most important factors for customers. Flexibility and customer service are also important. But we feel responsible for the natural environment and we are working to raise awareness of environmental sustainability among our employees and drivers.
