As in previous years, at the start of this year we carried out a satisfaction survey of regular ACE customers. We asked them to rate the quality of ACE Logistics’ services on a 10-point scale. It is pleasing to see that the ratings remained high in almost all questions.
The overall satisfaction index on a 10-point scale is 9.19 and the recommendation index is 83%. Customers highly valued ACE’s reputation in the Lithuanian transport market (9.43). The majority of respondents would recommend ACE as a partner to their friends and acquaintances (9.41) and will use ACE Logistics in the future (9.54). Fast and always helpful couriers also scored highly in this year’s survey (9.29).
Compared to the results of the 2021 survey, the e-ace system was rated highly by customers in 2022. This year, innovations in the e-ace environment are planned to make it easier for customers to use. Thank you for all your kind suggestions and comments. We have received a lot of information which we will use to develop e-ace to make it even more user-friendly.
